Black Mountain Transmitter
This is EVP - electronic vile phenomena - at its most grisly. Waves upon gentle waves of eerie psychedelic warble slump and slide with all the presence of larvae. Eurgh.

UFOCORE
The thick, choking atmosphere of imminent alien invasion coaxed through siren synths, shallow drum machine and witchy samples. Obscure visual accompaniments speak of the fragility of mankind. Your lungs will be removed.

Grouper
Spectral voices drafting through the fog of washed out guitars and obscure synths. This is Grouper, now more famous for Dragging a Dead Deer Up a Hill, in an even more more lo-fi and primitive form. Hands press against dirty windows. Insects crawl through the undergrowth. Warm walls of sound are undercut by dissonance.

Years On Earth
http://mutant-sounds.blogspot.com/2008/11/years-on-earth-site-tape1982uk.html
Lots of low budget 70s sci-horror synth sounds warbling and crashing into each other, like Dario Argento directing Alien. Rattling vocals echo beneath those sewers of instruments and an uncomfortable aura of something slowly creeping up behind you in the middle of the night. Album gleaned from the lovely guys at Mutant Sounds, as the link above will suggest. Good luck finding any other info about the band.

Shaye Saint John
Absurd to the point of creepy, this is music from the uncanny valley. Horrid visuals are achieved through total lofi effects, and the obsessive repetition found in the songs make so little sense it feels like my head is slowly...pull...ing...apar...t...
And also be sure to watch the short movie featuring Shaye St John, Wire Therapy.

Lucifer
Famed early electronics with an hellish sneer. The music swirls between eerie ambience, ritualistic beats and drama that wants to charm the serpent-devil itself. Total 70s b-movie chic.

Creepy electronics soundtrack poems from Charles Baudelaire's "Les Fleurs de Mal". The voice limps through reverb and distortion as the music grows and dissipates. Some songs are scary in their sparseness, others bewitching, whilst some (e.g. "Spleen") are simply haunted with evil.

Despite good production this album is still a slab of weird horror-inflected electronics. This is more like a low-budget Lynch movie. Lots of visceral samples and sounds which fuck with your head. You'll want to turn it off but be totally incapable of doing so.

Cyrax and Flyrax
These are videos that look like they were thrown together in Windows Movie Maker, sampling still pictures and footage. Often the audio for tracks will comprise one long piece of audio footage from a documentary or radio show. The music varies between songs, from lo-fi ambience to repetitive electronics. Subject matter is concerned with conspiracies and cryptozoology.
Here's a couple of juicy morsels. Check the rest out too, though.
